It is happening to me.....

So ya, I'm packing my bags and I'm heading to white rock. I'll be companions with Elder On, and hes a legend. Never met him, but everyone loves him. So I'm pretty hyped about that. We'll be opening this area for elders, so it finna be lit. I'm def sad I'm leaving Van. I've loved this area sooooooo much. The best people, so many great relationships. But I've also heard good things about white rock, so I'm hyped!

Ya boy has finally spread his wings and is ready to take flight. I'm a big kid now. No more training.

This week has def been the type of week you'd want to go out on. Straight banger.

Wednesday we had a birthday celebration for three elders here in Van, so we hit up denny's. Lowkey the nicest denny's ever. Like 5 star resteraunt type beat. I had a fire place in the bathroom. 3am denny's run is gonna go crazy!!!! (jk) ((i wish)). Had an awesome lesson with Selina, and we're planning on inviting her to be baptized this week. We're as in not me. But it's still awesome nonetheless. Also had english class, which was really great. Not 50 people, but it was more than we've ever had, and it's actually gonna pop off. All the people wanna bring their friends. so 成功！

Thursday was the most epic Zone Conference ever. We started off with a two hour devo. Then split off into zone activities, where we fought to unwrap a very very large saran wrap ball of goodies. Then we watched Klaus!!! Guys it was truly so amazing. We got to watch a movie!!! But would 10/10 recommend ya'll to go watch it, cus it's truly top five christmas movies. And does have a really good meaning. Then we had a boujee dinner. And heard all the departing missionaries give their farwell testimonys.

Friday I was on exchanges with Elder Tompy, and we had a great time. Had a great lesson with Charles, and he's on date for the 28. So unfortuently I'm gonna miss it. But the work goes on. Then unexchagned just in time for me to go to a memebr meal. Blessed. Ate a full fried fish. So add that to the list of decentlly good chinese food, that I should just eat and not ask questions.

Saturday consisted of basketball and Christmas parties. So you can't get any better than that as a missionary.

Sunday was just amazing Sunday. Gonna miss it. But I'll be back.

Monday was amazing. Filmed a video that's getting sent to salt lake. Went out to lunch with a bunch of missionaries. Then got a referral, and she was like yo, teach me english. So we we're like bet. Then we got to her house and we talked to her about our church, and she was like bet. You take my son to english church, cus I want him to grow up in an english church. Then we were like you wanna come? And she was light, alright bet. Then she said so you come over everyday and teach me english, the gospel, and we'll cook food together. Then we'll go to all the church activities and things. (Guys I promise I'm more dignified. That's not exactly how the convo went.) But really awesome miracle. And coolest mom and kid. So It was pretty epic. Then pulled up to Jarom's for some pizza, and got to watch a little bit of one of the NFL games. Jaroms the goat.

Today was great, we played Houser Ball, and had our chritmas institute. So lets just say. It was epic.

White Rock Here I Come!!

They ain't ready for out of training me!!!

I've come to realize that I'm like, super blessed. I've already been able to go to the temple 5 times so far as I've been out here. It's truly amazing.

D&C 109:5

5 For thou knowest that we have done this work through great tribulation; and out of our poverty we have given of our substance to build a house to thy name, that the Son of Man might have a place to manifest himself to his people.

I love this verse. It just puts the temple in such an amazing perspective. It is His house. It's the place Jesus Christ can manifest Himself unto us. It's a place where we will feel His love. His Joy. and His peace. GO TO THE TEMPLE!!! Especially this christmas season. It is the best possible way we can celebrate His Birth.
