There's always a lesson to learn in everything. My faith was so strong, but things didn't work out how I wanted it to. So lesson learned, trust in the Lord.
Rip BYU
Guys I tried I promise. But I guess we don't get everything we want. But hey, Poptarts are cool too.

Anyways, besides that. And also getting screwed out of the college football playoffs (cough), this week was epic as always.
One thing prevelent this week was english class. We are completly redoing english class, and the new memeber that's in charge of it is locking in. So we've locked in too. We have a startup party this wednesday, and she wants like 50 people to pull up. Which is crazy, cus we usually get like 5 people to english class. So this week me and Elder Meyer have been tossing up english flyers everywhere and handing them out. So hopefully this wednesday pops off.
Wednesday was awesome. We played basketball. Balled as always. Most likely dislocated my ankle. Continued to ball. Then put our friend on bap date right after. So everything a missionary can dream of. Good day all around.
Hit up our buddy Mike at vegas doughnuts thursday morning. What a goat. Had my last mentoring sessong (halleluliaugh) ((i probably buttered that)) but don't get me wrong the sessions have been goated. But ifykyk. I no longer a greenie. Ya boi's a big boy now. We were running late to a lessons, so we were speed walking, and lowkey my ankle was so cooked. But then it just popped back into place. So epic miracle. Then visited our friend at the psychiatric hospital. He's cool. First time i met him, but bro loves the mormon church and really really wants to get baptized. So we'll see how that works out

Friday was as epic as epic gets. Remember Costco guy, yay, we gave him a church tour. Super goated. Then gave him a BOM and bro was like lit, I can finish this in like 10 days, I'll start reading it. So we were like. Bet! Had a lesson with Lai. Then we had a lesson with my boi Charles. Started off super great (also ended great), but 15 minutes through a memebr pulled up and wal like 'yo can I get a blessing', and we were like 'ight bet'. Not really. But she is the sweetest ever. And we were like how did you know we were here. and she was like I didn't. I just knew some Elders would be here. So super awesome miracle, and really awesome blessing.

Guys please ask for blessings. The priesthood is meant to serve other people. Never be afraid to ask, They are amazing, and a great way for God to communicate with you.

So right after the blessing, our friend shows up. He was like 2 hours early, but we were like bet. We have him a chapel tour. Talked about our church, and bro was like sweet, you guys can teach me all the spiritual stuff. Super awesome guy, and just wants to learn more. It was even cooler cus I found him on the skytrain. And it was soooo spirit led. Like I was standing there, then I sat next to the guy, then one thing led to another, and boom. Unfortunately we prob gonna have to pass him off cus he not Chinese. But really awesome dude.
Alright back to the lesson with Charles. After all of this we finally got to finish the lesson. It was super awesome, and we put him on bap date as well. Which is so cool because we've asked him a bunch of times before, but today he finally said yes. So we decided to head down town and look at the Walmart Time Square Christmas tree.
Then Saturday
Ohh saturday
Woke up, pumped. Got home not so pumped.
But we got invited to the goats Jarom and Kiara's house. they are actually so cool. But we got invited for breaky, and they made crepes. And somehow the BYU football game was on in the background. And my unconsecrated self watched it. :) Yes, I am grateful I got to watch the game. Yes, I still have a slighty borken heart. God's just waiting to let them win a natty for when I get home. Had the YSA christmas party that night. So yes, the spirits were lifted. (don't worry, not the drink version)
Sunday was epic as always. Was able to be apart of another blessing. Which brings me te restate my statement. Never ever be afraid to ask! So so spiritual. Both wards were amazing as always, then had break the fast. Which is pretty much a big dinner after church. Soooooo, I guess that was freakin epic. Also they have a chinese sunday school in the YSA. Didn't know that. But it was super fun
Monday, me and Elder Smith cooked up some epic piano impromtou duets. Shoutout Elder Jones was my partner in crime with that. (Look forward to maybe one day finish the duet we planned on making like 5 years ago.) Had christmas Trivia FHE, so guess who cooked...... ya I couldv'e done better.... but, we got second. So that's no half bad.
Today we went to the temple again. So blessed. and had another epic institute lesson.

During fast and testimony meeting, someone got up and bared an epic testimony. Bro threw some verses, bro spit fire, bro rained down fax. But he said something that just hit
"If life was fair, we'd all be on that cross next to Jesus Christ."
That one really hit home. It just brings the atonment to such a more personal level. Does life seem unfair, of course. Is it. No. Because we're only given trials that God trusts us with. He trusts us with our difficulties. How cool is that. Everything that sucks in your life right now Is. A. Gift.
Is it fun, not usually. But Jesus died on the cross for you. He bled drops of blood for you. And how amazing is it, because whenever we go through something that sucks, we have Him. Because of Jesus Christ, life is fair. We all have the same access to the Gift. The gift of the atonment. The Gift of Joy. The gift of trials, and getting through them with Your Savior.
It's so hard. Life is so hard. But hard has never been bad. Because of Jesus, we find joy. We still gonna have ruff times, but accept that gift. And accept the gift of help that He offers. He died on that cross for you.
Love you all
Even Better
Jesus Loves you
